2 Creeks at Camas Meadows is a condominium community in Camas, Washington, located between the Camas Meadows Golf Club and the Lacamas Heritage Trail. Residents of our 122 homes value our strong sense of community and appreciate our beautifully landscaped grounds and proximity to Lacamas Heritage Trail and Lacamas Lake. Amenities include pickleball courts, and a clubhouse with an exercise room, hot tub, sauna and outdoor swimming pool.

Full access to our website is limited to current residents. However, if you are interested in learning more about our community, we would be happy to provide information or answer questions you may have.

TIPS FOR NEW NEIGHBORS:

Garbage and Recycling. Put both cans out Tuesday night, for early Wednesday morning pickup.

Our management company is Invest West Management (IWM). Homeowners can log into IWM's portal here: https://portal.iwmhoa.com/login.

Yard Recycling. Our landscape company, Pacific Landscape Management has offered to pick up our collected yard recycling materials. The Yard Waste collections boxes are located at each mailbox, plus an additional container behind the Clubhouse. Please note that this is for plant materials only. Do not deposit potting soil or dirt, wood or any other non-plant materials.
