Concrete Repair Work - 2026
Work will begin on Monday, June 22, 2026 to repair and replace concrete in various locations in the community. This work is needed because we found that the concrete is degrading prematurely due to improper installation by the developer. Funding for this work is primarily from a mediated settlement with the developer. This project will take approximately six weeks. We will update this page throughout the coming weeks to keep residents informed about project status.
