February 2025 - In accordance with the 2025 budget, the ERP Committee purchased an automated external defibrillator (AED), to be used if a resident has emergency heart problems. An AED is commonly used in such cases to keep a person alive until the ambulance arrives. Members of the committee have been trained in first aid/CPR, which is required for people using an AED. THE AED IS LOCATED IN THE CLUBHOUSE LOBBY AREA.
